Smiley Monroe are a family owned business that have grown to be a leader in their field. With over 40 years’ experience, the business had grown and evolved and is now operating over multiple sites, exporting to over 60 countries worldwide.
They recognised that in order to continue to grow and deliver excellence to their customers they needed an internal brand that defined their uniqueness, clearly communicated their values and engaged and motivated staff to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience.
We worked with the client to understand their culture, spending time within the business to get an insight into how they operated at all levels of the company. The Hi5 brand was then created as a visual and verbal representation of Smiley Monroe’s values. A friendly, accessible positioning that immediately communicates all that the business is about and what it means to be part of the Smiley Monroe family.
The brand was officially unveiled at a launch event for all staff and subsequently rolled out across website, interior graphics and training & induction materials. The Hi5 Heroes awards programme has also been put in place to continue to recognise staff that uphold the values of Smiley Monroe, keeping the business ahead of the competition.
