Troutman Pepper, a top 50 law firm in the United States, is dedicated to helping women achieve their goals and advance their careers. Every year, they host the Executive Women’s Network so women leaders from across the business world can come together to form crucial connections.
The Challenge
Troutman Pepper wanted to excite and motivate women executives to register for the conference. The Foundation saw the opportunity in creating a suite of materials that spoke to all women—not just attorneys and executives—with inspiring content that made them eager to add their voices to this network.
The Solution
We used imagery across a range of branding assets that spotlights women with diverse experiences, at different ages, in their various roles. We highlighted that they are mothers, sisters, daughters, and friends, as well as executives and business leaders.
By producing a video, we could lean into this aspirational angle and build an emotive experience for all the women joining the network. The script speaks to the wealth of experience women accumulate through the numerous aspects of their lives, inside and out of boardrooms. The four women voice-over artists further add to the emotive impact of the video.
All materials were launched at the three-day event at Washington DC.
